Who we are

Methods of Being was founded by Molly Tarr and Jaime Mastrorio, whose collaborative partnership began in 2016. From the start, we’ve shared a common vision to promote greater acceptance, access, and understanding for neurodiverse individuals. Today, we’ve turned that vision into a reality.

At our core, we are a dedicated, woman-led group practice with a deep passion for supporting the neurodiverse community. We are committed to offering a wide range of specialized services, including comprehensive clinical autism assessments, individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. We also offer clinical training, supervision and workshops for therapists and agencies looking to expand their confidence while serving the neurodiverse community.

We invite you to explore our individual practices through the bios listed on this site, where you can learn more about our services and inquire about how we can support you or your organization.
