This training will explore the intersection of trauma with autism and ADHD, examining the distinctions between Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and neurodivergent conditions, as well as the areas of overlap. Participants will gain practical skills in supporting neurodivergent individuals through both a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens. The training will also provide tools to assist clients in enhancing emotional regulation while preserving their dignity.
