Dungeons and Dragons Therapy Quest
This Group package includes; six 2-hour group sessions. In this group we will play authentic, 5th edition Dungeons and Dragons. Sessions will be structured with 90-100 minutes of play and 30-20 minutes of processing/reflection. Groups are offered both in-person and virtually, participants will be scheduled based on their preference. Start dates are scheduled on a rolling basis when there are enough participants to schedule and start an adventure.

What Sets Our Adventure Apart
01 / Perspective Taking
Participants will role play a character will different strengths and personality traits. They’ll also be working on the same goal withe characters of different background, races and classes.
02 / Expert Facilitation
An experienced Dungeon Master will narrate (and role play!) alongside you on your journey. Your Dungeon Master will work toward a sensory friendly, neurodiversity affirming and trauma-informed environment.
03 / Collaborative Energy
Everyone is working toward the same goal. We might have different ideas of how to get there but the party never splits up.

*This is a live 4 hour virtual course, participants with earn 4 contact hours which will count toward Maine license renewal*
This training will offer psycho-education on the history of Autism and ADHD, its evolution as a diagnosis and community, and the current clinical understanding. We will provide psycho-ed on common yet subtle and often overlooked traits and the cultural mechanics of Autism and ADHD. This training will also include development on how to identify and work with Autistic and ADHD traits, support neurodivergent clients, and build a repertoire of neurodiverse language and skills.

This training will explore the intersection of trauma with autism and ADHD, examining the distinctions between Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and neurodivergent conditions, as well as the areas of overlap. Participants will gain practical skills in supporting neurodivergent individuals through both a trauma-informed and neurodivergent-affirming lens. The training will also provide tools to assist clients in enhancing emotional regulation while preserving their dignity.
